Reasonably reputable folks argue that in some cases, so-called penile extenders really do work. Now, we’re not talking about swallowing a few pills (sadly). This kind of penile extension (only suggested for those with a significant size challenge) involves a traction like procedure that takes several hours a day over several months to do the job.
