Yale researchers watched more than 4,300 people walk into various fast food eateries and make an order. Out of those people, only six even glanced at any of the nutritional information made available to consumers (via menus, posters, pamphlets, etc.).

It turns out we probably just don’t want to know. Especially when we are in a fast food joint. The decision to eat crap has been made. Now let me munch into this McGangBang and be done with it.
