Time recently published a list of ten myths about dieting. A few samples:

- There are no negative calorie foods, not even celery. (There goes my Celery McNuggets idea.)

- It doesn’t matter what time of day you eat.

- No one really knows why, but diet soda drinkers seem to gain weight easier than even those who drink regular soda.
