Having trouble getting yourself motivated to do that thirty minutes of aerobic exercise this weekend? Maybe the story of Phil Packer will help. As a British soldier serving in Iraq, Packer was severely injured, had no feeling in his legs, and was told he’d never walk again.
He just finished the London Marathon.
It took him thirteen days.
Last February he rowed the English Channel and in June he plans to hike El Capitan. You can follow his efforts on his website. And join TSH in making a donation if you feel like it.
