He assigns different mental stretching and exercises to target three types of memory.

In today’s world of constant tweets, IMs, SMS Messages, emails, rss feeds, phone calls, video games, television etc, the most interesting question is whether modern communication is making our brains stronger or weaker.
My guess is that we may be able to think effectively for a longer period of our lives, but those thoughts are gonna be under 140 characters and generally a bore.
