Circumcision has been shown to cut the risk of transmitting HIV in half. But in some African countries, getting a circumcision can be a dangerous proposition. So Bill Gates’ foundation has served up $50 million to get trained medical practitioners to participate in mass circumcision program in Zambia and Swaziland.
