Key to Running: Walk

For many people, the key to anything from a few mile run to a marathon is making it all the way without needing to walk. But some runners, even excellent ones, see walking as part of the run.

Can you recover more quickly and work your way towards better distance running times by having walk intervals during your training and races? Plenty of folks think you can.

This is really moving towards my philosophy of exercise. Instead of incorporating walking into my run, I incorporate stopping.
