Some doctors try to kill two birds with the same fat. They use liposuction to remove fat from areas where you don’t want it (ie love handles) and then take that fat at put it into areas where you do want it (breasts, etc).
But pioneers in the field of breast augmentation have learned that transferring fat is complicated, and things can go wrong. The process of extracting it — or sucking it out with liposuction — can damage the fat. And once it’s injected back into the body, the fat doesn’t always find the blood supply it needs. As a result, only a portion of the fat survives.
I am looking for a slight twist on this trend. I want to be able to remove the fat from areas where I don’t want it and then have that fat injected into people whose attractiveness pisses me off.
