Eat the Right Veggies, The Right Way

veggiesDid you know that if you eat tomatoes with fat free salad dressing, you’re not getting all the nutrients you should out of those tomatoes? If you add a little fat by way of olive oil (which can be part of a dressing), your body is more able to absorb the nutrients. It turns out that there are not only right and wrong things to eat. There is also a right and wrong way to eat them.

Bottom line, I read this story as yet one more reason to chug down a little Wishbone every chance I get.
