Did you know that if you eat tomatoes with fat free salad dressing, you’re not getting all the nutrients you should out of those tomatoes? If you add a little fat by way of olive oil (which can be part of a dressing), your body is more able to absorb the nutrients. It turns out that there are not only right and wrong things to eat. There is also a right and wrong way to eat them.
Bottom line, I read this story as yet one more reason to chug down a little Wishbone every chance I get.
