In an East London study, a couple hundred kids were required to wear pedometers so researchers could track how much walking and running they did during an average day.
After a few days, researchers were surprised that even the more obese kids were doing a tremendous amount of walking. So they dug a little deeper and found out that the kids had been attaching their pedometers to dogs.
I think I’ll attach mine to my cat. It’ll make for a more accurate reading.
