Dosage: TSH should be taken several times daily or as symtoms dictate. Can be taken with or without water but always with a grain of salt. Do not ingest if you are taking echinacea, ginko biloba, zinc, etc. Mixing with alcohol? Sure. Side Effects: Side effects include but are not limited to increased level of interestingness at dinner parties, aggressively nodding in agreement, sharing the site, fingertip sensitivity, blog envy, hair graying and loss (oh, wait, that's just for the author).
